Custom prototype and finished-part enquiries include stainless steel investment casting, CNC work and micro machining. One-stop customization and OEM/ODM are offered for the actual component. Select the material and operations required for the prototype or finished part rather than assigning every available process to one job.

Select the actual material and operations

Material capabilities include aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, hardened metals, precious metals, stainless steel and steel alloys. Machining directions cover broaching, drilling, etching/chemical machining, laser machining, milling, turning, wire EDM, rapid prototyping and other machining services. Define the actual grade and operation scope against the component geometry and required finished condition.

Allocate the precision and drawing requirements

The tolerance reference is 0.005mm. Agree the controlled dimensions and process stage to which that requirement applies, keeping casting and finished machining acceptance distinct. Drawing directions include 2D PDF/CAD/DWG/DXF and 3D IGES/STEP/VDA. Identify the files and criteria that define the actual component for the manufacturing discussion.

Choose the surface and custom appearance

Surface directions include anodizing, polishing, brushing, coating, plating, powder coating and electrical plating. Select the treatment for the actual material and finished requirements. Custom color and custom logo requests are also offered; define their appearance and location with the component's dimensional and surface criteria.

Set the prototype and part acceptance

100% inspection is offered before dispatch. Agree the characteristics checked and the acceptance for the selected operations, dimensions and finished condition. Bring the grade, component files, surface/marking and inspection requirements together to define the prototype or CNC-finished part request and the evidence needed for its acceptance.
