Custom metal fabrication, investment/die-casting and CNC-machining inquiries cover pump, valve, impeller and bearing-housing components. Materials are stainless steel, aluminum, ductile iron and grey iron, with customized dimensions, material requirements and tolerance. Full in-house inspection is part of the service for the actual supplied component.
Selected component, working duty and material
Define the pump, valve, impeller or bearing-housing part being requested. Identify its actual material designation, geometry and important working interfaces. Agree the casting route for that material and component, connecting the required supplied condition to its intended duty and the dimensional acceptance needed for its function.
CNC dimensions and European-standard requirements
Assign CNC work to the actual areas requiring machining and define their customized tolerances. European-standard requirements are an inquiry direction, with the applicable designation and acceptance scope to identify. Agree the controlled dimensions and measurement criteria within that standard scope, relating the machined interfaces to the actual cast geometry and component duty.
Heat treatment and three finish directions
Processing choices include heat treatment, anodizing, galvanizing and powder coating. Select the material-appropriate work and define its required condition and treated areas. Agree the dimensional and surface acceptance after the selected operations, connecting those requirements to the actual geometry and important interfaces of the supplied part.
In-house inspection for the application request
Application directions include automotive, medical, agricultural, train, valve and textile components. Define the actual use and any qualification required for that part. Agree the material, dimensional and finished-surface checks within the full-inspection scope, aligning the selected component, manufacturing route, applicable standard and acceptance for the specific application.
