Precision valve-body housing and shell casting inquiries cover investment/lost-wax, sand and die-casting directions. Material choices include cast iron, cast steel and aluminum alloy. OEM/ODM service includes customized size and custom-tolerance availability, with the actual valve-body component and its required working duty defining the supplied part.
Housing interfaces and actual valve duty
Identify the valve-body geometry and the interfaces relevant to the intended system. Define the fluid, pressure and temperature conditions for that component. Relate those operating requirements to the selected material and dimensional acceptance. Agree any required housing-integrity test and its criteria as part of the actual supplied-component request.
Material, casting route and custom tolerance
Select the cast-iron, cast-steel or aluminum-alloy designation required for the housing. Agree the casting route appropriate to that material and geometry. Define which dimensions have custom tolerance requirements and establish their measurement basis. Those choices connect the actual valve-body shape and interfaces to the finished acceptance being requested.
Surface and heat-treatment directions
Surface choices include sandblasting, painting and powder coating. Heat-treatment directions cover normalizing, quenching and tempering. Select the material-appropriate work and define its required condition, treated areas and acceptance. Relate the surface and material requirements to the chosen valve-body geometry and its important functional interfaces.
STEP, STP, PDF and DWG component input
These file directions support definition of the actual component request. Application inquiries include machinery, automotive and agricultural parts. Provide the selected housing geometry, dimensional requirements and intended duty within that manufacturing scope, agreeing the material, route and finished-condition checks for the specific OEM/ODM cast part.
