Custom precision vacuum aluminum and stainless-steel lost-wax investment-casting enquiries support automotive parts. OEM and ODM service directions apply to the component request. CNC machining and deburring are processing directions for the selected part.
Material and part definition
Material directions include aluminum, brass, stainless steel, steel alloys, carbon, nylon and plastic. Select the actual material and manufacturing route with the automotive component. The PA reference also needs its actual meaning and component scope defined. Bring those choices together with the drawing and the intended duty.
Machining and deburring operations
Operation references include broaching, drilling, RapiLaser machining, milling, turning and wire EDM. Define the RapiLaser reference and the operation required for the selected part. Identify the surfaces and dimensions addressed by the machining and deburring request. Agree their accepted condition within the actual manufacturing scope.
- Selected component
- Define the grade or material, drawing geometry and automotive working conditions.
- Selected operation
- Identify the casting or machining route and the covered dimensions and surfaces.
Acceptance for the automotive enquiry
Use the component's duty to define the dimensional, surface and inspection requirements. Keep those criteria with the selected material and operations during the OEM/ODM review. The manufacturing request should connect the actual automotive part with its drawing, required processing and finished acceptance. Agree the relevant operation definitions before confirming that scope for production.
