    Customer's Drawing Request

Use the actual industrial component to define a custom steel, brass or stainless-steel investment-casting enquiry. Lost wax investment casting is the process direction through an OEM service. Select the actual grade, drawing dimensions and polished-surface requirements before agreeing the finished work.

Set the drawing and material requirements

Dimensions and tolerance follow the customer's drawing. Identify the chosen material grade and the controlled dimensions needed for the component's intended use. Keep the same drawing requirements with the casting request so the proposed part has a clear dimensional acceptance basis. Mark the surfaces whose polished condition needs separate acceptance.

  1. Choose the actual steel, brass or stainless-steel grade.
  2. Define the component dimensions and drawing-based acceptance.
  3. Specify the required polished surface and inspection criteria.

Define the polished finished condition

Polishing is the offered surface-treatment direction. Agree the condition expected on the actual part and connect it to the drawing and intended industrial use. Professional inspection is also offered, with the checked characteristics and records to be defined against the component requirements.

Agree the OEM casting scope

ISO9001:2008 and ISO 9001 are standard/certification references whose applicable scope should be confirmed for the project. Provide the actual part geometry, material grade, dimensional criteria and polished-surface acceptance for the OEM discussion. Include the inspection requirements so the proposed casting work and its final acceptance concern the same industrial component.
