Custom precision investment casting and CNC services support OEM/ODM machinery components, rapid prototyping and mass production. Engineering support includes drawing review, mold-flow simulation and DFM analysis, with casting and CNC tolerances agreed against the component drawing.

STEP/IGS/DWG/PDF review, mold flow and DFM

STEP, IGS, DWG and PDF drawings are accepted for the work request. Use drawing review, mold-flow simulation and DFM analysis to define the supplied metal, component geometry and manufacturing scope. Identify controlled casting and CNC dimensions and agree the requirements for the selected prototype or production stage.

Machinery inspection: spectrometer, X-ray, MPI and CMM

Spectrometer, X-ray testing, MPI and CMM coordinate measurement are inspection directions. Select the methods and assessed characteristics appropriate to the actual material and component, with test conditions, acceptance criteria and records agreed for the work. Tie inspection to the controlled drawing requirements and intended machinery duty.

In-house manufacturing and the finished metal surface

In-house one-stop manufacturing and various metal surface-finishing services are available. Define the responsible site and operations, then select the actual finish method and final condition for the component. Agree the relationship between casting, CNC work, finishing and finished-part acceptance.

NDA availability for prototype and production drawings

NDA agreements are available for drawings, with the parties, scope and terms to agree where needed. Establish the drawing revision and information covered alongside the actual prototype or mass-production request.

ISO/RoHS scope and the production agreement

ISO and RoHS are reference directions requiring applicable documents, object and organization/work scope. Agree the actual requirements and inspection records for the selected part. Complete the OEM/ODM arrangement with quantity and manufacturing/acceptance responsibilities against the material, geometry, tolerances and finished condition.
