Custom OEM SUS304 lock-part inquiries use lost-wax/dewaxing investment casting with CNC machining. Broader work directions include stainless steel, aluminum, copper and alloy materials, assigned to the selected component. The tolerance reference is 0.05 mm, with a minimum order of 100 pieces for the actual work requirement.
SUS304 geometry and the 0.05 mm reference
Define the lock component's actual geometry and select the grade and condition required for that part. Identify the cast dimensions and surfaces needing CNC completion, then assign the 0.05 mm tolerance reference to the relevant locations. The component's mating interfaces and intended function should guide that dimensional acceptance plan.
Brushing, anodizing or painting by material
Finish directions are brushing, anodizing and painting for the actual material and required areas. Specify the surface condition and appearance needed for the selected lock part, with finish compatibility agreed against its material. Standard references include GB, ASTM, AISI, DIN and BS; choose the actual designation with the grade, geometry and dimensional requirements.
100-piece minimum and component acceptance
The minimum order is 100 pieces for the custom OEM direction. Define the requested lock-part scope with its geometry, casting/CNC requirements and selected finish so the inquiry concerns a specific component. Its function, mating interfaces, operating requirements and inspection criteria should complete that definition, connecting the order requirement to the finished acceptance needed for the lock part.
