Define the supplied material specification and component geometry in 2D PDF/CAD or 3D IGES/STEP drawings. Identify controlled dimensions and actual industrial interfaces so the requested size relates to the finished part's fit and duty.
Assign painting, anodizing or electroplating
Select the treatment and relevant areas for the chosen material. Agree the required surface condition and acceptance criteria, including how the finished surfaces meet the component's actual industrial requirements.
Precision acceptance for the industrial sand casting
Establish dimensional, surface and functional limits against the accepted component drawing. Agree inspection methods and records, quantity and OEM/ODM manufacturing responsibilities with the material, size and finish selected for the part.
