ProcessCasting. Deburring .Drilling .threadingQuality ControlStrictly 100% Inspection
Custom OEM stainless steel parts use investment/lost wax casting with deburring, drilling and threading work. Tolerance follows the customer's drawing, with requested surface treatment and customized color. Strict 100% inspection is the quality-control direction for the actual component and its accepted dimensional and surface requirements.
Drawing limits and operation locations
Define the supplied stainless grade, geometry, dimensions and working duty on the component drawing. Allocate deburring, drilling and threading to the actual locations requiring those operations. Set the tolerance requirements for those locations so that the manufacturing scope follows an agreed drawing and acceptance basis.
Requested treatment and customized color
Choose the actual surface treatment and color for the selected stainless component. Identify treated areas and the expected final condition, together with the criteria used to evaluate them. Connect those surface requirements to the component dimensions and working duty when defining the finished part.
Strict full inspection for the casting
The stated scope is strict 100% inspection. Agree the actual characteristics, methods and records used to assess the drawing limits and requested surface/color condition. Keep that inspection plan tied to the cast, deburred, drilled and threaded locations included in the OEM request.
Quality-system and OEM project basis
ISO9001 is a quality-system reference with the applicable document and scope to agree. Establish any evidence needed for a current certification requirement covering the responsible organization, site and operations. Confirm quantity and OEM manufacturing responsibility with the actual component drawing, work scope and inspection acceptance records.
