Custom industrial machinery components are available through stainless steel lost-wax investment casting and CNC precision machining. OEM/ODM service supports the selected part geometry and required finished condition. Painting, polishing, chrome finishing and coating are available surface enquiries, with the treatment chosen for the actual material.

Select the stainless or aluminum component route

The primary enquiry concerns stainless steel investment casting for machinery parts. ADC12 and A380 aluminum-alloy die-casting molding is a separate material and route choice. Identify which grade and manufacturing sequence the component requires before defining its final geometry. This keeps the machining and finishing discussion connected to the particular metal part being ordered.

Give the tolerance a dimensional role

The tolerance reference is 0.01 mm, with the convention and controlled dimensions established for the component. State whether acceptance applies to the cast condition or the geometry after selected machining operations. Identify the CNC areas and the final requirements for those locations. That definition helps relate the precision reference to an actual machinery interface rather than a broad component label.

Agree finish and quality-control acceptance

The selected surfaces should show the required painting, polish, chrome condition or coating acceptance. Describe the relevant faces and the dimensions to be evaluated after the required work. Quality-control coverage is 100% for the custom parts, with actual methods and criteria agreed for the order. The chosen grade, casting route, CNC geometry and finish definition together provide a clear basis for reviewing the finished industrial component.
