MOQSmall Orders Accepted
Custom stainless steel investment castings serve industrial component requests with OEM/ODM service and small orders accepted. Work can include machining if needed, polishing and customized color, with the actual supplied material and finished condition to select.
Stainless industrial geometry and polished areas
Identify the component duty, mating interfaces and controlled dimensions before allocating casting and any machining. Specify the stainless steel required for the supplied part, then mark the surfaces to polish and the condition needed for their intended fit or function.
Custom color on the selected component
Define the required color and affected areas alongside the polished or other finished surfaces. Agree the actual treatment method and acceptance criteria for that color so the finished-part request remains tied to the chosen material and industrial duty.
DIN and ISO9001:2015 applicability
DIN is a standard reference that needs the applicable document, revision and object defined for the request. ISO9001:2015 is a quality-system reference; confirm relevant documents, responsible organization and work scope where required. Agree how those requirements relate to the actual material, dimensions, surface condition and inspection records.
Small-order OEM/ODM responsibility
Small orders are accepted, with the required quantity to agree for the custom component. Allocate manufacturing, inspection and final acceptance responsibilities against the chosen material, geometry, work areas and finish. This gives the industrial casting request a defined scope for the OEM/ODM arrangement.
