Supplier TypeOEM/ODM Custom Manufacturing Factory with Design Support
OEM/ODM custom investment casting uses a silica-sol process with medium-temperature wax. The service includes design support and DFM review, in-house CNC machining, polishing and assembly. Pump impellers, valve bodies, marine hardware and food/medical-part inquiries are typical application directions to define against the actual component requirements.
Size-dependent CT grades and tolerances
The precision references are CT5–CT12 and ±0.05–0.5 mm by size. Relate the selected requirement to the drawing features and component dimensions rather than assigning one value across every part. Confirm the material and geometry so the chosen precision direction has a clear acceptance basis.
As-cast surface and secondary finishing
For the as-cast Ra 1.6–3.2 ‘Micro’ roughness reference, agree the exact unit and measurement conditions required for acceptance. Electropolishing is available alongside polishing, in-house CNC machining and assembly. Choose the work for the actual surfaces and interfaces, distinguishing the as-cast requirement from the acceptance of a subsequently processed feature.
Heat treatment and inspection services
Heat-treatment choices include quenching and tempering, normalizing and annealing. Select the treatment for the material and required component condition. Testing support includes CMM inspection, material spectral reports and PT/MT/NDT, with the relevant methods and criteria agreed for the project.
Traceability, PPAP and intended-use requirements
Material traceability with COC and PPAP support are available. Agree the document scope and required checks alongside the actual application, whether an impeller, valve body, marine component or food/medical part. This keeps design review, manufacturing operations and project documentation connected to the chosen material, drawing and intended-use acceptance.
