Custom OEM precision casting enquiries include aluminum investment-casting and stainless-steel lost-wax directions. Die-cast parts are another named component direction. Select the actual material grade and manufacturing route with the customer's 3D drawing before defining the finished result.
Drawing geometry and client standard
Component size follows the customer's 3D drawing, while tolerance follows the drawing request. The standard follows the client's specification. Identify the dimensions and criteria that define acceptance for the selected part, together with its intended duty and casting route.
Deburring, drilling and threading
Processing directions include casting, deburring, drilling and threading. Select the operations needed by the actual drawing and identify the areas they cover. Agree the dimensional and finished-condition requirements for those operations. These choices give the OEM request a concrete manufacturing scope for the chosen material.
- Drawing input
- The 3D drawing defines size and requested dimensional acceptance.
- Processing input
- The selected operations apply to identified areas of that component.
Requested color, surface and inspection
Surface treatment follows customer demand, and color is customized. Specify the treated surfaces and accepted color or finished condition. Strictly 100% inspection applies to the selected part with agreed checks. ISO9001 is the certification reference, with applicable documents and object scope to confirm. Combine these requirements with the drawing and client specification for the OEM manufacturing review.
