ServiceOEM ODM CustomisedQuality ControlStrictly 100% Inspection
Custom stainless steel silica-sol lost wax investment castings include OEM/ODM service, customized dimensions and strict 100% inspection. Cast-iron requests also require the actual material specification to be selected. The work scope combines casting, machining if needed and surface treatment to customer demand.
Material, dimensions and optional work
Define the actual stainless or agreed cast-iron component drawing, supplied grade and working duty. Select the locations requiring optional machining and set their dimensional limits with the cast geometry. Agree that work allocation for the component before settling the final manufacturing scope.
Requested surface treatment
Identify the actual treatment and areas required for the chosen casting. Define the expected final surface condition and the criteria used to evaluate it. Connect that request to the supplied material and dimensional requirements so that the finished component has an agreed acceptance basis.
Strict full inspection
The inspection direction is strict 100% inspection for the custom work. Agree the characteristics, methods and records needed to assess actual cast dimensions, any selected machining and the requested surface condition. Keep each inspection requirement connected to the component drawing and manufacturing scope.
Reference applicability and OEM/ODM responsibility
ISO9001 and TS16949 are quality-system references, with RoHS a compliance-related reference whose document and object scope need agreement. Any current certification or compliance requirement needs evidence for the responsible organization/site and actual part or material. Confirm quantity and OEM/ODM responsibility with the accepted dimensional, surface and inspection requirements.
