Custom lost wax castings with CNC finishing are offered for OEM/ODM requests in stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy and alloy-steel directions. CT5–CT7 is the casting-tolerance reference. Satin, mirror and zinc-plated finishes provide distinct surface directions for the actual component and selected material.
Casting class and CNC finishing
Identify the component drawing, material and grade, then choose the relevant CT5–CT7 class for its cast dimensions. Define CNC-finished locations and their acceptance limits separately. Agree how those dimensions are measured so that the casting class and finishing requirements apply to identifiable parts of the drawing.
Satin, mirror or zinc-plated surfaces
Select the desired finish and the areas it covers for the component concerned. Specify the expected surface condition and the criteria used to evaluate it. Connect the satin, mirror or zinc-plated requirement to the selected material and final dimensions when agreeing acceptance.
Engineering and conformity references
GB, ASTM, AISI, DIN and BS are engineering standard-family references requiring the actual applicable document, edition and grade. Clarify the exact document and edition behind the ISO9001:2018 reference, together with the object scope of the CE and TUV terms. Establish the evidence needed for any current certification or conformity requirement for the selected component and responsible organization.
OEM/ODM manufacturing scope
Agree the project quantity and the allocation of design and manufacturing responsibility for the chosen casting. Identify the dimensional, surface and inspection records needed to assess the finished part. Those requirements should follow the actual material, casting-class assignment and CNC/finish scope agreed for that component.
