Customized OEM and ODM stainless casting requests include SS304 and SS316, with precision lost wax/investment casting, machining and polishing. CT4–9 is the casting-tolerance direction for lost-wax products. Strict 100% inspection and customer-selected finishing are connected to the actual component drawing and accepted final condition.

Choosing the supplied stainless specification

Select SS304, SS316 or the actual agreed stainless requirement for the part. Define its geometry and working duty on the component drawing. Identify the mating conditions that the supplied material and finished dimensions must satisfy.

Cast-dimension acceptance within CT4–9

Allocate the CT4–9 casting direction to the relevant lost-wax features. Agree the actual grade and dimensional limits needed at each controlled location. Record the measurement basis used to accept those cast dimensions.

Machining and polishing scope

Identify the actual locations requiring machining and define their dimensional acceptance separately from the cast features. Agree the final condition of any polished areas. Connect that work allocation to the same component drawing and material specification.

Plating or powder-coating requests

Polishing, plating and powder coating are finish directions to customer requirement. Select the applicable treatment, covered areas and accepted surface condition. Establish how that chosen finish is assessed with the part's dimensional and functional requirements.

Strict full inspection and OEM/ODM agreement

Agree the characteristics, methods and records used for the strict 100% inspection of the selected casting work. Confirm quantity and customized OEM/ODM responsibilities with the accepted drawing and finish. Any required machined accuracy or application approval needs its own actual component criteria and evidence.
