Customised OEM and ODM heavy steel casting requests serve mining and construction machinery through large-scale sand casting. Customer drawings define the component dimensions, and galvanizing is the surface-treatment direction. Select the actual steel, geometry, working requirements and finished acceptance for the machinery part concerned.
Mining or construction component drawing
Identify the actual machinery component and its mating arrangement. Supply the steel specification, geometry and dimensional limits needed for that part, with the mining or construction duty it must satisfy. Confirm the actual component size and manufacturing scope on the drawing. Define the material and functional evidence used to assess it in the intended equipment arrangement.
Specify galvanizing on the heavy cast part
Choose the galvanizing method and the areas receiving treatment for the supplied steel component. Agree any required thickness and final surface condition together with the drawing dimensions. Establish the dimensional and functional criteria needed after treatment. Relate galvanized areas and mating dimensions to the actual sand-cast geometry. Set the actual inspection characteristics, methods and records used for those accepted requirements.
OEM/ODM agreement and the quality-system reference
ISO9001:2015 is a quality-system reference, with applicable documents for the responsible organization/site and operations to confirm where current certification is required. Agree quantity and customised OEM/ODM responsibilities for the selected sand-cast part. Connect the accepted material, heavy-component drawing and galvanized condition to the actual inspection and equipment-fit requirements.
