DimensionsDrawing
Custom OEM-design alloy-steel parts are directed to precision lost-wax/investment casting and CNC machining for agricultural machinery. Size and dimensions follow the selected drawing, with shot blasting and assembly as work directions. The actual component, alloy grade and finished acceptance should define the requested manufacturing scope.
Agricultural drawing and cast/CNC interfaces
The part drawing should identify the actual agricultural component and its important interfaces. Select the alloy-steel grade and establish which geometry is cast and which dimensions are completed by CNC. For this agricultural cast/CNC work, the facility direction is 50+ machining centers and 80+ CNC machines. Connect those capabilities to the selected geometry and dimensional inspection requirements.
Quench/temper, shot blasting and assembly
Quenching and tempering are supported through two mesh-belt furnaces. Shot blasting and assembly should be scoped to the actual surfaces and component interfaces. Agree treatment and assembly acceptance with the material and intended agricultural duty, so the thermal and finishing work address the same cast/machined part.
Standards and the actual inspection coverage
ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, NF and AS are standard references for the selected grade and requirements. Inspection directions include MT, UT, RT and CMM, while 100% visual inspection and 100% gauge checks apply to those respective objects. Specify the methods and coverage needed for the drawing, then agree acceptance for the cast dimensions, machined interfaces and treated or assembled condition. This links the inspection plan to the actual agricultural component and its required function.
