Custom OEM and ODM water-pump casting enquiries include housings and impellers for centrifugal or submersible application directions. Cast iron, stainless steel and CA15 are material choices requiring selection for the actual component. Investment casting is offered with machining if needed, surface treatment and assembly.

Define the pump component and material

Provide the housing or impeller drawing, including its interfaces and relevant working geometry. Specify the chosen material grade and the pump's intended service conditions. The component drawing and material acceptance requirements should establish the requested part rather than relying on a general centrifugal or submersible label to determine application fit.

Tooling and casting tolerance roles

The tooling and part-material references describe different objects. Keep those roles clear when agreeing the casting dimensions and subsequent work.

Mould material
AL is the mould-material reference. The actual pump-part material is selected separately from the iron, stainless steel or CA15 directions.
Cast dimensions
CT8-CT12 to GB/T 6414 is the casting tolerance reference. Agree the relevant dimensions and their acceptance basis for the selected component.

Machining, surface and assembly requirements

Define any working faces, holes or other details requiring machining after casting. Agree the requested surface condition and the scope of assembly for the actual pump part. Hydraulic performance and application suitability need the chosen component specification and operating requirements. Bring those requirements together with the grade, drawing and dimensional criteria when defining the OEM or ODM housing or impeller enquiry.
