Custom metal investment casting and precision mold making support OEM and ODM manufacturing enquiries. Material directions include aluminum alloy, stainless steel, titanium alloy and cast iron. Select the actual grade and component before agreeing its tooling and manufacturing route.
Investment casting, die casting and machining
Die casting with CNC machining is an additional processing direction. Five-axis milling and CNC lathe processing are supporting operations. Agree which casting route and machining operations apply to the selected material and geometry. Define their covered dimensions and surfaces in the component request.
Custom size and structural design
Size and structural design can be customized around the required part. Identify the component's role and the geometry that governs its use. Automotive, electronics, home hardware and mechanical applications are named directions. Bring the actual duty and required interfaces into the design and drawing discussion.
Prototype and production scope
Supply support extends from prototype to mass production. Define what the prototype should establish for the component and which accepted requirements carry into production. Agree the tooling, material and selected operations around that scope.
Full-process inspection requirements
Strict full-process inspection is the quality-control direction. Identify the checks relevant to the selected casting, machining and finished condition. Define the accepted dimensions and surfaces for the actual part. A component enquiry should connect the grade and drawing with the tooling, production scope and inspection criteria used to accept the finished result.
