    Lighting Fixture Housing

Marine-machinery and lighting-fixture housing parts use stainless-steel precision investment/lost-wax casting with CNC machining. OEM/ODM customization and sandblasting are service directions for the selected component. The actual application includes marine explosion-proof light housings, with the intended use and required qualification to define for that housing.

Marine housing geometry and machined interfaces

Specify the actual housing, stainless grade and interfaces required for the intended fixture or marine-machinery task. Identify the cast dimensions and the areas to be completed through CNC machining. Connect the geometry to the component's assembly and operating requirements so the manufacturing scope addresses a defined housing and its actual function.

Explosion-protection application and component acceptance

Define the relevant marine operating conditions and explosion-protection application for the chosen light-housing component. Agree the qualification and inspection requirements that apply to that actual use and assembly. The requested grade, geometry and machined interfaces should be assessed with those conditions when establishing the housing's finished acceptance and the custom casting work.

Sandblasted areas and five standard references

Sandblasting is the surface-treatment direction for the selected stainless part. GB, ASTM, AISI, DIN and BS are standard references to select for its grade and acceptance. Define the sandblasted areas and required surface condition alongside the cast/CNC dimensions and inspection criteria. Include those requirements with the actual housing geometry, application and OEM/ODM scope so the component request and finished acceptance are clear.
