Custom metal casting services cover vacuum die casting, sand casting and investment/lost-wax casting directions. Material choices include iron, Zamak, carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloys. Customized dimensions support components for industrial, commercial, household and automotive uses, with the applicable metal and process selected for the actual part.
Start with the material-route pairing
Identify the exact iron, Zamak, steel or aluminum alloy and the geometry required by the component. Then agree whether the project calls for vacuum die casting, sand casting or the investment/lost-wax direction. Keeping that pairing explicit makes the process discussion specific to the chosen material and shape.
Dimensional and surface references
The tolerance reference is ±0.02mm and the roughness reference is Ra3.2–Ra6.3. Define the controlled dimensions, the process stage where the tolerance applies and the surfaces being evaluated. Agree the roughness units and acceptance criteria so these references describe the selected part's required condition.
Finishing for the intended application
Chrome plating, powder coating, painting and electrophoretic finishing are available surface directions. Choose the treatment compatible with the actual metal and identify the relevant areas and appearance requirements. An industrial or household component request should describe its own finished condition, just as a commercial or automotive request should define its intended use.
Inspection is provided at 100% for this custom casting service. Connect the inspection scope to the agreed alloy, dimensional characteristics and surface condition, so the selected casting route and the acceptance criteria remain aligned throughout the component discussion.
