Custom lost wax and investment foundry casting enquiries cover iron and steel parts, with additional metal material directions available. Casting, CNC, turning, milling and 5 axis work are offered for the selected component. Define the material and drawing first, then agree the operations and finish required for the accepted part.

Material and application direction

Material choices include gray iron, ductile iron, steel, stainless steel, aluminum and copper. Named applications are industrial, automotive, agriculture, aviation, construction and electrical work. Select the actual grade and component requirements for that application. The material and process menu needs a specific part definition, including working conditions and the dimensions that matter for its use.

Cast geometry and subsequent working details

Sizes are customized, with CT4-CT6 as the casting tolerance reference. Agree the dimensions covered by that cast-geometry requirement and define any separately accepted machined features. Painting, oxidation, polishing, electrophoresis and electroplating are surface directions. Select a finish suitable for the actual material and identify its coverage and required surface result.

Drawing formats and quality requirements

ISO9001 is the quality-control reference. Confirm the applicable quality documents and inspection criteria for the required component.

2D drawings
PDF, DXF and DWG are accepted format directions. Identify the drawing revision and the controlled dimensions.
3D geometry
STEP, IGS and PRT are available formats for the model. Agree its relationship to the drawing, selected operations and finished acceptance.
