OEM/ODM high-pressure aluminum alloy die casting is offered alongside CNC lathe work, turning and milling. Material directions include ADC12, A380, A383, YL102, AL6061 and 6063, with the actual grade and casting or machining process to be selected for the component.
Aluminum grades and wider machining materials
Choose the precise aluminum grade and connect it to the required die-casting or CNC work. Stainless steel, brass, iron and plastic are broader machining material directions for separate component enquiries. Defining the actual material and geometry keeps those wider capabilities distinct from the high-pressure aluminum casting requirement and avoids assuming one process for every grade.
Lathe, turning and milling to the drawing
Machining can be included when the cast component needs further processing. Identify the areas requiring CNC lathe work, turning or milling and assign tolerances through the customer's drawing request. This gives the OEM/ODM enquiry a feature-level dimensional requirement. Keep the requested tolerance, material designation and finished-surface criteria connected to the same component drawing.
Six finish choices and component inspection
Surface choices include sandblasting, painting, plating, powder coating, anodizing and brushing, selected for the actual material. The custom cast and machined components receive 100% inspection, with dimensional and finished-surface acceptance to be agreed for the drawing. Identify the treated areas and required condition, and confirm any applicable TUV documentation scope when sourcing qualification requires it.
