Custom high-precision metal parts use investment/lost-wax casting in 304, 316 and 316L stainless-steel or Q235 carbon-steel material directions. Machining is included if required, followed by the selected surface treatment. Custom size and logo requirements belong with the actual component and its intended function.
Four grade references and six use directions
Select the actual 304, 316, 316L or Q235 material requirement for the part and its geometry. Application directions include valves, pumps, automotive, marine, machinery and hardware. Identify the particular component, important interfaces and operating conditions within that scope, then connect the selected grade and dimensions to its finished acceptance.
Optional machining and four surface choices
Machining is selected for the actual dimensions or interfaces that require it. Electroplating, polishing, brushing and sandblasting are the four finish directions. Define the applicable material and surface areas for the chosen treatment, and agree their appearance and inspection criteria with the cast and any machined geometry needed for the component.
Custom size, logo and finished-part definition
Specify the actual size and logo content/location with the selected grade and geometry. Connect those custom requirements to the component's function and the finished condition needed at its important interfaces. Agree dimensional, treatment and logo inspection for the requested work. This joins the material, optional machining, finish and custom appearance into a clear manufacturing scope for the selected casting part and application.
