Quality ControlISO9001:2015FinishAccording to customer's request
Mechanical-equipment part enquiries can combine carbon steel or steel with investment casting and CNC machining. Define the actual grade and component geometry before setting the finished requirements. This custom metal-part service follows the customer's requested finish and the acceptance agreed for the selected component.
Connect the cast shape to CNC requirements
Investment casting and machining form the manufacturing direction for the equipment part. Identify the dimensions required from the casting and those that need the finished CNC-machined condition. Use the same component drawing to coordinate the geometry, grade and acceptance across the proposed work.
Define the Ra 0.8 surface requirement
Ra 0.8 is the surface reference. Agree its measurement unit, location and inspection basis for the actual part before using it as an acceptance requirement. Clarify which surfaces need the Ra 0.8 condition, and identify the dimensions that require separate machining acceptance. Keep those requirements with the customer’s selected finish when the completed component is assessed.
Establish the mechanical-part brief
Describe the actual equipment component and the dimensional criteria needed for its intended use. Add the selected steel grade, CNC requirements and finished-surface acceptance to define the manufacturing scope. ISO9001:2015 is a quality-control reference whose applicable scope should be confirmed for the project. Bring these requirements together with the part drawing so the proposed foundry and machining work addresses the same component and its final acceptance.
