Custom carbon-steel castings and aluminum investment castings are available with CNC milling/machining for industrial work. OEM/ODM customization covers shape, size and color, with polishing and 100% inspection. The actual material designation and component geometry establish which casting, machining and surface work the request needs.

Industrial geometry and CNC-milled interfaces

Define the required shape and dimensions for the component's actual function. Identify the interfaces requiring CNC milling and the finished fit expected at those areas. Connect that machining scope to the selected carbon-steel or aluminum material and casting geometry. These choices establish the supplied part and the dimensional acceptance needed for its intended industrial duty.

Polish, color and the supplied condition

Polishing is the named surface-treatment direction, with color customized to the request. Define the treated areas and the appearance needed on the actual component. Agree their condition after the selected work and relate the surface requirements to important machined interfaces. The chosen color and polish should be assessed as part of the finished industrial casting.

Full inspection against the custom request

The 100% inspection scope should address the actual cast component and its agreed acceptance. Define the material checks, controlled dimensions and surface criteria relevant to the selected work. Relate those checks to the custom shape, CNC-milled areas and polished/color condition, giving the OEM/ODM request a specific basis for evaluating the supplied part after casting and any required machining.
