Our ServiceCustom Make Steel Casting Services
Custom precision casting services offer brass, stainless steel, alloy-steel and carbon-steel directions, including stainless grades 304, 316 and 316L. Other metals can be considered to the request. Investment/lost-wax and sand casting are available, with customized sizes and selected surface treatments.
Material and route for the custom part
Choose the actual grade and component geometry before agreeing the applicable casting route. Keep the brass or steel selection explicit, especially when defining which technical references apply. CT4–8 is the reference for steel casting parts, so the dimensional discussion should identify the relevant steel cast characteristics.
Machining up to IT7 and Ra0.8–3.2
CNC machining, lathe work or turning, milling, boring and drilling are available. Machining references are up to IT7 and Ra0.8–3.2 according to requirements. Identify the machined areas separately from the cast shape, then agree the applicable precision, roughness units and acceptance criteria for those areas.
Requested finished surfaces
Galvanizing, passivation and polishing are available surface directions. Select the compatible treatment for the chosen metal and define the surfaces it must address. Agree the required condition after treatment alongside the dimensional requirements, so the finish request describes the same component as the casting and machining work.
A focused enquiry therefore connects the material, custom size, investment or sand route, cast dimensions, CNC requirements and surface acceptance. This gives the proposed brass or steel part a clear basis for reviewing the feature-specific casting and machining references.
