Custom hardware casting services offer precision investment and lost-wax casting directions in aluminum, copper, magnesium alloys, zinc alloys, brass and stainless steel. CNC machining-center support and polishing are available. The casting tolerance reference is ±0.02mm, with 100% inspection and 3D CMM support.
Material and cast hardware dimensions
Select the actual material and define the hardware geometry that must be cast. Identify the dimensions governed by the ±0.02mm casting reference and agree their acceptance criteria. The alloy and controlled dimensions should be reviewed together so the precision requirement describes the intended component.
CNC work and the polished condition
CNC machining-center support can be discussed for the areas that require machining. Define those characteristics separately from the cast dimensions, then identify the surfaces that need polishing. Agree the required finished condition alongside the geometry so the machining and polishing requests support the same hardware part.
Drawing inputs and 3D CMM scope
Drawing inputs include PDF, CAD, 3D, STP and AI. Use the component definition to identify the dimensions and surfaces that inspection must address. The service provides 100% inspection and 3D CMM support; agree the applicable CMM scope and dimensional acceptance for the selected casting.
A focused hardware request combines the material, investment-casting geometry, casting tolerance, CNC requirements and polished surfaces. With the drawing input and inspection criteria defined together, the proposed part can be reviewed against a clear set of dimensional and finished-condition requirements.
