    OEM/ODM Custom Manufacturing / Prototyping

Aluminum and magnesium alloy die casting with CNC machining is offered for agricultural machinery fittings. OEM/ODM customization covers size, material and surface finish, with prototyping and die-casting mold work also available. The part can therefore be defined through its geometry, selected alloy and delivered surface condition within the same manufacturing inquiry.

Alloy choice for the machinery fitting

The broader material choices include zinc, aluminum, magnesium and stainless steel. Select the material and production route for the specific fitting, with high-pressure and precision die casting among the process choices. The agricultural component's drawing should identify the geometry and mating details to be reviewed, keeping the alloy decision attached to the part it serves.

Dimensional work around ±0.05 mm

The tolerance reference is ±0.05 mm, and custom tolerance is available. Define the relevant dimensions and any CNC work needed for the fitting before agreeing acceptance. That approach turns the precision requirement into a discussion of actual faces and interfaces, rather than assigning the same tolerance to every feature by assumption.

Mill finish, anodizing or powder coating

Mill finish, anodizing and powder coating are surface choices to consider for the selected material. Describe the desired condition and the areas to receive it, then agree the finish with the component design. This keeps the surface decision connected to the alloy and machining requirements without assuming an unstated coating thickness or performance class.

Inspection methods and design inputs

Inspection capabilities include 100% inspection, CMM, projector, caliper and salt-spray testing. Agree the measurement and test acceptance that apply to the component, including any required surface assessment. STP, STEP, IGS, PRT and X_T are drawing inputs, and application directions also include automotive, electronics, industrial machinery and medical-device components, with acceptance to be defined for the particular use.
