Custom aluminium lost-wax investment casting is offered with ±0.02 mm tolerance and customized dimensions. Stainless steel and carbon steel are additional material choices. The surface reference is Ra 3.2–6.3, with 100% inspection included in the service and surface treatment selected for the actual component.
Identify the dimensions governed by ±0.02 mm
Specify the chosen alloy grade and mark the relevant dimensions on the component drawing. Agree the manufacturing stage at which the ±0.02 mm requirement is accepted and the measurement criteria used. Connect these requirements to the intended part function so the precision enquiry addresses the actual geometry.
Define the Ra measurement and finished surface
The roughness reference is Ra 3.2–6.3. Confirm its unit and measurement basis, then identify the surfaces governed by that requirement. Define whether acceptance concerns the casting surface or another agreed finished stage so the required surface outcome and dimensional acceptance can be evaluated together.
Select a complete surface-treatment definition
Chrome plating, powder coating and painting are surface choices. For an Electrophor treatment request, agree the complete process name and its acceptance criteria before selection. Match the chosen treatment to aluminium, stainless steel or carbon steel as appropriate, and mark the surfaces and appearance requirements involved.
Set the component inspection and duty requirements
The custom casting work includes 100% inspection against the agreed part requirements. Specify the dimensions, surface criteria and records needed to accept the component. Industrial, commercial, household and automotive parts are application contexts; define the actual duty, alloy and drawing acceptance for the selected use so the proposal addresses a specific part.
