Turn an aluminium casting request into a defined metal component through the customer's drawing. Custom size and shape are supported, with a wider service range for metalworking, treatment, color requests and sample orders.
Carry the drawing from casting shape to finished part
Choose the aluminum alloy and describe the component geometry that the foundry enquiry needs to address. The broader material range also includes stainless steel, brass, copper, titanium and iron. Define the selected metal as part of the same component brief, so a general material menu does not leave the requested casting undefined.

Select metalworking stages for the component requirements
CNC lathe work, stamping, hobbing and forging are available operation directions. Heat treatment, polishing, plating, machining and anodizing provide additional treatment choices. Agree the actual sequence for the requested part and confirm the features and measurement basis covered by the stated +/-1um tolerance.
Connect color and sample requests with intended use
Sample orders are accepted, and color requests include black, silver, gold, blue, red, white and yellow. Discuss the desired color with the material and surface route, rather than leave appearance separate from the finished component requirements. Application directions include robotics, aerospace, automotive and industrial machinery, with the actual service and acceptance requirements to be established for the part.
