OEM/ODM Custom Manufacturing Factory with Design Support

Custom alloy-steel components are available through silica-sol lost-wax investment casting with medium-temperature wax. OEM/ODM design support and DFM review help connect the component drawing with casting, secondary work and the requirements of its intended application.

Set size-dependent casting and surface acceptance

The precision scope is CT5–CT12 and ±0.05–0.5mm depending on size. Identify the relevant dimensions and agree which acceptance applies to the actual component. As-cast roughness is Ra1.6–3.2, with its measurement unit and locations to confirm. Electropolishing is available for a selected final surface requirement.

Choose the alloy condition and secondary operations

Heat-treatment options include quenching and tempering, normalizing and annealing. Select a treatment for the actual alloy grade and required component condition. In-house CNC machining, polishing and assembly provide secondary-service choices, with critical interfaces and finished dimensions to define on the drawing before the operation plan is agreed.

Review inspection and material traceability

For alloy-steel work, available inspection services comprise CMM checks, a material spectral report and PT/MT/NDT. Agree the appropriate methods and acceptance for the selected material and part. ISO9001 quality-management scope, COC material traceability and PPAP support provide further documentation topics to connect to that review.

Define the application before accepting the component

Application enquiries cover pump impellers, valve bodies, marine hardware and food or medical parts. Identify the actual duty, material and finished-surface requirements for that use, with any required end-use approval handled in its applicable scope. Keep the selected alloy, casting precision, secondary operations and inspection plan linked to the same component drawing.
