Custom precision lost-wax investment casting requests include alloy steel, stainless 304, 316 and 316L, and carbon steel Q235. Casting combines with machining if required and surface treatment. Electroplating, polishing, brushing and sandblasting are finish directions, with logo customization available for the selected component.

304, 316, 316L, Q235 or the selected alloy steel

Identify the actual supplied material specification and component drawing. Define the geometry, dimensions and interfaces it must satisfy in the intended working duty. Keep the selected material requirements connected to that component's dimensional and final-condition acceptance.

Electroplate, polish, brush or sandblast the required areas

Choose the actual surface method and areas to be treated. Establish the final appearance or condition and the criteria used to assess it. Relate the finish to the supplied material, controlled dimensions and working interfaces of the precision-cast part.

Optional machining and the customizable logo

Allocate any required machining to drawing locations and agree the finished limits for those areas. For a logo request, define the artwork and position with the actual method to be used. Assess the marking and selected additional work against the component's final dimensional and surface requirements.

ISO9001 reference and agreed casting acceptance

ISO9001 is a quality-system reference whose applicable current document, responsible organization/site and scope need confirmation where required. Agree the inspected characteristics, methods and records for the selected material, geometry and finish. Confirm quantity and manufacturing responsibility with the accepted drawing and logo/work allocation.
