Service TypeOEM/ODM Custom Manufacturing / Prototyping
Define an aluminum motor housing through the selected alloy, casting shape and finished CNC requirements. This OEM and ODM service covers ADC12 or A380 motor-housing enquiries, with custom size, material and surface finish and support for manufacturing or prototyping.
Select ADC12 or A380 on the housing drawing
Identify which aluminum alloy is required for the component before approving the manufacturing scope. Keep the grade together with the housing geometry and the interfaces needed by the intended motor assembly. The two alloy names describe choices for the enquiry, so the selected material should be clear in the part definition.
Connect the mold and casting stages to CNC requirements
High-pressure and precision die casting and die-casting mold work are included in the service range. The title also identifies CNC machining for the motor housing. Agree the actual route and mark the dimensions or surfaces requiring a finished machining condition, so the casting and CNC requirements address the same component.
Apply the tolerance to defined housing dimensions
The tolerance is ±0.05 mm, with custom tolerance available. Specify the features that need this dimensional control and the acceptance requirements for the housing. A component-specific inspection brief helps connect the numerical tolerance to the interfaces and surfaces that matter for the order.
Choose the finish and required inspection scope
Surface choices include mill finish, anodizing and powder coating. Quality control includes 100% inspection, CMM, projector, caliper and salt spray test methods. Agree the finish for the selected alloy and define the required checks and test conditions without assuming a particular performance result.
Prepare the prototype or manufacturing request
Drawing formats include STP, STEP, IGS, PRT and X_T. Use the same component revision for the prototype or production enquiry, including the selected alloy, machining requirements and surface acceptance. Confirm any required certification or compliance document against the actual material and ordered housing.
