Custom aluminum and zinc die-cast parts are offered with OEM/ODM service, CNC machining and precision machining. Custom molds, OEM tooling and mold design are available, allowing the inquiry to cover both the cast component and its tooling scope. One-piece ordering and samples provide a concrete starting point for a part-development request.
ADC12, A380, A356 or zinc alloy
Aluminum material choices include ADC12, A380 and A356, with zinc alloy as another option. Select the material for the component and keep its designation connected to the drawing and processing requirements. This gives the die-casting inquiry a specific alloy basis instead of leaving the requested part defined only as a generic metal casting.
Tooling and CNC in one part definition
Identify the custom mold or OEM tooling work required and the areas that need CNC or precision machining. The tolerance reference is ±0.05 mm, with customization available. Agree its application to the relevant cast and machined dimensions so the tooling discussion and the finished-part acceptance address the same component definition.
Selecting the surface condition
Powder coating, anodizing, polishing, sandblasting and plating are finishing choices for the requested part. Choose the treatment for the selected alloy and define the required condition on the relevant surfaces. Considering those details with the machining requirements helps describe the delivered component without assuming a coating thickness, appearance grade or test result.
One-piece and sample requests
A minimum order of one piece and sample availability support an inquiry for an individual custom part. Application directions include automotive, electronics, industrial equipment, machinery and lighting. Specify the intended use and the inspection or operating acceptance needed for the component, keeping the sample or one-part request aligned with the alloy, drawing and finish selected for that project.
