Custom 4130 alloy-steel precision investment-casting enquiries serve industrial machinery. Carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and manganese steel are broader material directions. Define the actual grade and component drawing before agreeing the casting and finished requirements for the selected part.

Industrial component and grade specification

Size follows the customer's drawing. Identify the governing material document, drawing revision and geometry required for the component's use. State its operating conditions and the dimensions relevant to the accepted result. The manufacturing enquiry should refer to the actual grade and industrial-machinery part.

CT4–CT7 and heat-treatment choice

CT4–CT7 is the casting-tolerance reference, with covered dimensions and acceptance to agree. Tempering, quenching and annealing are heat-treatment directions. Select the treatment for the actual material and define its specification. Agree the accepted material, dimensional and surface result together with the component drawing and duty.

Drawing and inspection definition

Drawing-format references include 2D, 3D, CAD, DWG, STEP, PDF and IGS. Agree the actual file type, revision and requirements used to define the part. Identify the inspection characteristics and criteria for the selected casting and treatment. Agree the ISO9001:2015 documents applicable to the selected industrial-machinery casting service. Bring those requirements together with the grade, drawing and dimensional and surface acceptance for the machinery enquiry.
