Custom machine-part requests include 304 or 316 stainless steel, silica-sol casting and lost-wax investment casting with CNC work. Customized color and 100% inspection are offered, with the component geometry and acceptance requirements agreed for the intended machinery application.

Define the machine part through its interfaces

Select the stainless grade and identify the geometry by which the component connects to the machinery assembly. Keep the mating dimensions and intended use with that definition. This gives the silica-sol and lost-wax casting request a specific machine-part purpose and a basis for allocating its CNC work.

Assign casting and CNC dimensions before acceptance

The tolerance direction is 0.2 mm, with its actual feature scope and method of acceptance to be agreed. Identify which dimensions belong to the cast condition and which require CNC work. Relating those requirements to the component geometry makes the finished-part definition useful for the intended machinery interfaces.

Material choice
Identify 304 or 316 for the actual component.
Work allocation
Connect the cast geometry and CNC dimensions to the same part definition.

Agree custom color and the inspected surface condition

Define the requested color and the finished appearance of the relevant surfaces. Agree the acceptance criteria for burrs and sand holes, including the areas that matter to appearance or fit. Pair those surface requirements with the dimensional and material criteria addressed by the 100% inspection offer.

A clear machine-part inquiry brings grade, geometry, work allocation and custom appearance together. Identify the inspection methods and application acceptance for the ordered component so the final review addresses the actual machinery part and its agreed characteristics.
