    Investment Brass Casting Service

Custom investment-casting requests include stainless-steel pump impellers, with 304/316, steel, iron, alloy and Ca15 material directions selected to the supplied specification. Brass investment-casting work is a separate material request. Optional machining, CNC processing and polishing accompany casting, with tolerance to the customer drawing.

Supplied impeller material and separate brass work

Identify the actual material specification, including the Ca15 designation where requested. Define the component geometry and controlled dimensions for the selected impeller or other casting. Allocate material and route separately for any brass request, with the part's own drawing and finished requirements.

CNC locations and customer-demand polishing

Mark the areas requiring CNC or other selected machining and define their drawing limits. Choose the actual customer-demand surface method, including polished areas where required. Relate machining and finish acceptance to the supplied material, geometry and working interfaces of the part.

Pump duty and broader component application directions

Industrial, automotive, medical and furniture parts are application directions whose actual component scope needs selection. For the pump-impeller request, define the working duty and interfaces that govern its fit and functional acceptance. Agree any actual surface or application-approval evidence required for the selected use.

100% checks and applicable material/document scope

Agree the characteristics, methods and records for 100% inspection of the chosen material, drawing dimensions and finished condition. Identify the applicable ISO9001 and TS16949 quality-system documents and responsible organization/site for that work. Establish the actual RoHS object, conformity basis and current scope where required. Confirm quantity and manufacturing responsibility against the selected component and inspection acceptance.
