Aluminum casting inquiries cover centrifugal casting, investment/lost-wax casting and high-pressure die-casting directions. The actual route is selected for the component and its material/geometry requirements. Customized color and polishing are finish directions, with a minimum order of 100 pieces for the requested part.
Aluminum grade, component and actual route
Define the aluminum grade, geometry and intended function needed for the casting. Select which centrifugal, investment/lost-wax or high-pressure die route applies to that actual component. Wall sections and the required interfaces are useful inputs to that decision. Connect the process choice to its important dimensions and interfaces so the material, route and finished-part requirements describe one agreed manufacturing task.
Polished areas and customized color
Identify the surfaces requiring polishing and the actual customer color requirement. Relate those areas to the selected aluminum material and the component's geometry and function. Agree their appearance and inspection acceptance alongside the finished dimensions, keeping surface work and route selection within the same part definition.
100-piece minimum and the order definition
The minimum order is 100 pieces for the selected component inquiry. Confirm the actual drawing input and identify the dimensions, surface/color areas and inspection criteria required for that part. The grade, geometry, chosen casting route and polished/color acceptance should accompany that order scope. Together they provide a concrete aluminum-casting request and a clear basis for agreeing the finished condition of the component.
