OEM/ODMOEM ODM Die Casting Service
OEM/ODM custom work includes ADC12 or A380 aluminum alloy die cast parts alongside stainless steel and alloy steel gravity casting enquiries. Drilling, milling and other machining services are supported, with ±0.02 mm tolerance and Ra0.2–Ra3.2 roughness references for the selected component.
Separate the alloy and casting route
Identify whether the enquiry concerns aluminum alloy die casting or the steel gravity casting direction. The exact grade and geometry should define the component before its further work is selected. Broader material choices also include brass, titanium and plastic, with the applicable manufacturing or machining process to be agreed for each actual material.
Drilled and milled dimensional requirements
Mark the areas requiring drilling, milling or another machining service on the component design. Assign the ±0.02 mm tolerance to its relevant dimensions and processing stage, and confirm the unit and surfaces associated with Ra0.2–Ra3.2. These details connect the precision references to the actual part rather than applying them indiscriminately to every material or feature.
Four finishes and custom logo requests
Anodizing, polishing, plating and painting are surface choices to select for the actual metal. Custom logos are accepted as part of the OEM/ODM requirement, so identify their intended location together with the desired surface condition. Relating the material, finish, logo and dimensional acceptance in one component definition gives the custom casting discussion a clear finished-part objective.
