Jewelry lost-wax equipment sets combine a burnout furnace and casting machine, with a 750°C furnace temperature reference. A set with a 2 L vacuum-pump option is also available. Both equipment scopes have actual 110 V and 220 V selections.

Four set and voltage combinations

Choose the equipment scope and voltage together so the inquiry identifies one actual configuration. The pump-added choice is a distinct set scope, rather than a pump assumed to accompany every furnace/casting-machine combination.

  1. Burnout furnace plus casting machine in 110 V.
  2. Burnout furnace plus casting machine in 220 V.
  3. Burnout furnace, casting machine and 2 L vacuum-pump option in 110 V.
  4. Burnout furnace, casting machine and 2 L vacuum-pump option in 220 V.

Assign the 750°C furnace operation

Connect the temperature reference to the furnace operation required in the jewelry workflow. Agree the intended burnout, melting and casting tasks for the selected equipment and the operating acceptance for those functions. The furnace temperature should be assessed for its actual stage rather than used as an automatic statement of compatibility with every jewelry metal or melting task.

Define the pump and jewelry-work requirements

For a pump-added set, confirm what the 2 L vacuum-pump reference measures before assigning pump requirements. Use directions cover necklace, bracelet, earring and ring making, plus DIY. Identify the intended jewelry task and required equipment functions within that work. Review installation, electrical setup and operating acceptance for the chosen set so that the combination and voltage match the actual process.
