Automatic lost-wax injection equipment is directed to brass-jewelry, casting-tree and craft work, with simple-interface operation as a qualitative handling direction. The electrical references are 220 V, 50 Hz and 700 W power consumption. Wax capacity is about 6kg for the selected wax-injection process.
Three-millimeter nozzle and the rubber mold
Nozzle diameter is 3 mm, and the actual size selection is 3 mm (0.12 in). The maximum rubber-mold size is 110 × 110 × 55 mm. Define the actual mold/nozzle interface and wax-pattern geometry with those references, so the selected tooling and injection task have a clear fit requirement.
Clamp fit and machine installation space
The clamp-size reference is 120 × 120 × 60 mm, separate from the 1630 × 800 × 750 mm machine-size reference. Connect the clamp arrangement to the selected mold and its support during injection. Use the machine dimensions for the actual installation arrangement, keeping tooling fit and equipment space as distinct requirements.
Air pressure, wax and automatic-operation scope
The air-pressure reference is 0.45–0.65 MPa for the equipment inquiry. Define the actual wax formulation, pressure/supply arrangement and required automatic operation for the chosen jewelry or casting-tree task. Relate the simple-interface requirement to that actual sequence and its wax-pattern acceptance. The 220 V/50 Hz supply, 700 W consumption, tooling dimensions and finished-pattern requirements together define a specific machine/process selection.
