Custom machinery casting requests include stainless steel, aluminum, cast steel and cast-iron material directions. Silica-sol investment casting combines with machining if needed and surface treatment to customer demand. Dimensions are customized, with a 0.01–0.05mm tolerance reference and 100% inspection linked to the actual component requirements.
Supplied material and machinery geometry
Choose the actual material specification and part drawing for the machinery arrangement. Define the component geometry, interfaces and working duty to establish the required fit. Allocate the casting and optional machining scope to the selected material and dimensional acceptance.
Applying the 0.01–0.05mm reference
Clarify the sign and controlled features represented by the tolerance range. Agree which requirements apply to the casting and which belong to any selected machining. Specify the actual limits and measurement conditions needed for those locations on the component.
Customer surface and inspected characteristics
Select the actual treatment method, covered areas and accepted final condition to customer demand. Connect that finish to the material and dimensional requirements for the supplied part. Define the characteristics, methods and records included in the 100% inspection of that selected work.
Engineering documents for machinery acceptance
GB, ASTM, AISI, DIN and BS are engineering reference families, with actual documents, editions and grades to agree. ISO9001 is a quality-system reference whose applicable organization/site and current document scope need confirmation where required. Confirm quantity and manufacturing responsibility with the accepted material, drawing, surface and functional requirements.
