Stainless steel and steel alloy forklift components are offered through lost wax investment casting and CNC machining. Micro machining is supported alongside drilling, laser machining and milling, with the actual grade, geometry and detailed component requirements to be selected for the project.
Forklift details requiring CNC or micro work
Identify the component's cast shape and the areas needing CNC or micro machining. Drilling, laser machining and milling can then be allocated to the relevant dimensions or details. For forklift-component work, machining resources comprise more than 50 machining centers and more than 80 CNC machines, with the dimensional requirement defined for the actual part.
Steel condition and subsequent assembly
Quenching and tempering are supported through two mesh belt furnaces. Agree the selected steel grade and required heat-treatment condition, then specify whether shot blasting and assembly form part of the component requirement. These processing directions should be connected to the forklift part's geometry and acceptance criteria, including any finished surfaces or dimensions that need assessment.
Gauge, visual and selected test acceptance
Visual checks and gauge checks each have a 100% inspection scope for the cast and machined work. MT, UT, RT and CMM are other methods to allocate according to the component acceptance plan. Reference families are ASTM, AISI, DIN, BS, JIS, NF and AS; select the relevant criteria and confirm required IATF16949 or ISO14001 documentation scope for sourcing qualification.
