Custom precision casting and CNC services include sand, lost wax, die and gravity casting request directions. OEM/ODM work covers design or production to customer drawings, with small quantities available. The component's actual material and manufacturing route should be agreed with its accepted drawing requirements.
Ten material codes for a defined request
Requests can specify ADC10, ADC12, A360, A380, A390, 5052, 6061, 6063, 2017 or 7075. Choose the actual grade and component geometry. Allocate the casting route or CNC work to the selected material and part, rather than treating the complete material menu as one universal casting specification.
Casting route and drawing responsibility
Define which sand, lost wax, die or gravity casting direction applies to the component. Identify any CNC operations and the dimensions that determine the finished part's fit. Agree the design or production responsibility against the customer's drawing, with the actual manufacturing and acceptance scope clear for the OEM or ODM request.
Five finishing directions for the component
Choose among powder coating, polishing, nickel plating, anodizing and electrophoresis for the requested surface. Establish material/process compatibility and the areas covered by the treatment. Define the final appearance or working condition that will be accepted for the chosen component.
Small quantity and complete inspection scope
The custom-part work offers 100% inspection, with actual characteristics, methods and records to agree for the component. Specify the dimensional and surface checks needed under the accepted drawing and finish requirements. Confirm the requested small or larger project quantity with the agreed manufacturing responsibilities and actual production scope before completing the order definition.
