Custom 304/316 stainless-steel non-standard parts are an investment-casting and machining direction. Small orders are accepted. Select the actual stainless grade and component drawing, then define the finished geometry for the requested part.
304 or 316 part definition
Size follows the customer drawing requirement. Identify the material grade, drawing revision and the working details that the component needs to provide. State its working conditions alongside the dimensions and required surface result.
Drawing tolerance and covered dimensions
ISO2768-MK is the casting-tolerance reference. Agree the governing document, covered dimensions and manufacturing stage for its application to the part. Define the inspection criteria that establish dimensional acceptance for the actual drawing.
Small-order casting and machining
The service includes casting and machining for the customized request. Identify which details require machining and the finished conditions to accept. Bring those requirements together with the selected 304 or 316 grade, drawing and agreed tolerance scope when discussing the non-standard component.
