Custom precision casting enquiries cover cast iron parts, aluminum and zinc alloy die casting, and stainless steel projects. OEM and ODM support allows the component's size, colour and manufacturing requirements to be defined for the job. Specify the actual metal and suitable casting route before combining those requirements with CNC machining and finishing.
Link the selected casting to CNC and cleaning
The manufacturing service includes CNC machining, cleaning and surface treatment. Identify the dimensions that require machining and the condition expected when those operations are complete. Cast iron, aluminum, zinc alloy and stainless steel enquiries should each carry their own grade and geometry so the process discussion addresses the intended component.
Keep the tolerance direction clear
The tolerance range is described as not less than 0.01 mm. Confirm what that range means for the actual dimension, measurement basis and manufacturing stage, and record the agreed requirement on the drawing. This wording should be resolved with the part's acceptance criteria rather than converted into a universal precision promise.
Define colour and surface acceptance
Painting, powder coating, plating, oxidation and electrophoresis are available surface choices. Select the treatment for the alloy and the required appearance, and identify which surfaces receive it. Custom sizes and colours should be tied to the same component revision as the machining requirements.
Set checks around the custom component
Quality control uses IQC, IPQC and OPC designations. Agree the checks, coverage and records needed for the ordered casting and its selected finish. Clear acceptance criteria connect these quality-control stages with the drawing and the finished component.
