Stainless-steel threaded tees can be discussed through an OEM/ODM investment-casting and CNC-machining service. One-stop customization includes color and logo requirements, with the tee's geometry, thread details and finished condition defined for the actual component.
Put the connection details on the tee drawing
Specify the thread standard, size and tee geometry for the intended connection. Include the stainless grade and the service requirements used to accept the fitting. These details connect the investment-cast shape and CNC-machined areas to the assembly the threaded tee must suit.
Allocate the 0.005mm tolerance value
The tolerance value is 0.005mm, with 100% inspection as part of the quality-control requirement. Identify the dimensions to which the value applies and agree their inspection criteria. A defined thread and dimensional acceptance basis is more useful for selecting the tee than assigning one tolerance to every surface.
Choose appearance without losing connection fit
Custom color and logo requests can be included in the component brief. Broader finishing directions include polishing, brushing, coating or powder coating, anodizing and electroplating. Agree the treatment for the selected material and identify the connection areas whose final condition must be controlled when accepting the finished component.
Use the drawing format that defines your requirement
Design inputs include 2D PDF, CAD, DWG or DXF and 3D IGES, STEP or VDA files. Use them to locate threads, dimensions and any custom appearance requirements. The wider machining service also covers methods such as drilling, milling, turning, broaching and wire EDM; select the operations that belong to the actual tee or custom-part request.
Combining the thread, grade, geometry, surface and inspection criteria gives the OEM/ODM inquiry a defined scope. Add the quantity and logo or color selection to complete the component requirement.
