Supplier TypeOEM/ODM Custom Manufacturing Factory with Design Support
Stainless steel camlock couplings and pipe fittings are offered for fluid-control projects through silica sol lost wax investment casting. The casting process uses medium-temperature wax, with OEM/ODM manufacturing and design support. CNC machining, polishing and assembly can be included in the agreed component scope.
Connection geometry and casting precision
The precision range is CT5–CT12 with ±0.05–0.5 mm by size. Allocate the relevant tolerance to the selected part size and drawing features. Define the connection dimensions, mating interface and sealing requirements so the camlock or fitting can be assessed against its intended connection.
Surface and heat-treatment choices
The as-cast surface description is Ra 1.6–3.2 Micro, with the measurement unit and acceptance to be confirmed for the part. Electro-polishing is an available service. Quenching and tempering, normalizing and annealing are heat-treatment request directions to discuss for the chosen material and required condition.
Inspection and order documentation
CMM inspection, material spectral reports and PT/MT/NDT are offered testing services. Agree the appropriate methods and acceptance criteria for the selected grade, geometry and component duty. Material traceability/COC and PPAP support can also be scoped for the order, with the required records identified before acceptance.
Fluid duty and wider custom-part requests
Specify working pressure, temperature and medium for the actual camlock or pipe fitting application. Match the material, finish and sealing arrangement to those requirements before approving use. Broader custom manufacturing requests include pump impellers, valve bodies, marine hardware and food or medical parts, with application-specific requirements and documentation to be agreed for each component.
